Could you imagine capoeira without music? I think it's impossible.
Music in capoeira isn't just music, it's a big part of capoeira.
Because it controls jogo, is a conversation with Mestre and trainee, is a instruction
and cheer up a player in roda. When in first time, it's so strange and unusual,
but you're going to keep on learning basic movements listening a lot of music,
you'll just are familiar with it, maybe you'll want to play musical instruments
and you maybe are going to hum it.
음악을 빼고 까뽀에라를 이야기할 수 있을까? 아마도 불가능할꺼라고 생각합니다.
까뽀에라를 음악은 음악 그 자체가 아니고 까뽀에라의 큰 일부라고 생각합니다.
호다에서의 조구를 조절하고 마스트레와 그 수련자와의 일종의 대화이고 기술교육이며,
흥을 돋구고 기운을 불어 넣어주는 다양한 역할을 하기 때문입니다.
솔직히 처음에는 매우 낯설고 특이하다고 생각이 들지만 기본 동작을 익히면서,
많은 음악을 들으면 금방 익숙해지고 자신도 악기들 연주해보고 싶어하고 계속
흥얼거리게 될것 입니다.
